Service Description
Once you book your private breathwork experience I invite you to also buckle your seatbelt. Breathwork is a very powerful tool one can utilize to become aware of their internal world like never before. In this two hour individual session you will be welcomed in and relaxed before beginning. I have created special soundtracks that will help guide your journey in the time we are together. I will give brief instruction and overview then answer any questions you may have then we begin. The particular breathwork taught at The Wise Owl is from the rebirthing lineage and this technique can definitely achieve that and more. Catharsis is VERY common in breathwork and all emotions are welcome within this work. This breathwork is ideal for areas like trauma and grieving while also lends itself to empowerment and upliftment. Each session will illicit something new from you. I will be there watching over you and guiding you on your your journey. Within this safe container you have the choice and power to go as deep as your ready to go. Layer by layer we feel, layer by layer we can heal with the power of the breath
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact with 24 hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment will be subject to a 25% service charge and no-shows will forfeit the entire session or group ticket amount.
