Greetings! There are spaces you visit… and there are spaces that receive you. This summer, I’m honored to invite you into something truly special—our recurring outdoor Soundbath Series at Anahata. Rooted in the energy of the heart, Anaharta is inspired by Anahata—the heart chakra associated with compassion, balance, and emotional clarity. Surrounded by lush green ferns, fragrant flowers, and the quiet rhythm of nature, this space offers a rare opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Green grounds you. Pink opens you. And together, they create an environment where you can simply arrive as you are. As one teaching beautifully reminds us: “The Heart is the hub of all sacred places. Go there and roam.” This series is an invitation to do just that. Each session is designed to support your nervous system through a gentle, intentional arc—beginning with grounding and arrival, moving through waves of sound and vibration, and closing with spacious integration. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and subtle tonal layers, the experience is both deeply relaxing and quietly transformative. You may notice your breath deepen, your body soften, and your mind settle into a more spacious awareness. No experience is needed—just come as you are. What to Expect: • A serene outdoor setting immersed in nature • A guided, trauma-informed sound healing experience • Space to rest, reset, and reconnect • A welcoming, intimate group atmosphere What to Bring: • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • Blanket and/or pillow for support • Water • Anything that helps you feel at ease outdoors This is more than a soundbath—it’s a return to center. A chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the heart in a supportive, beautiful environment. Come roam.
